Automatic polishing equipment

The process of polishing is the most crucial to the hardware industry. This polishing process requires the use of wax. However, the use of was during this process is not eco-friendly. This is because the wax residue that falls in the water waste is difficult to treat. This results in a high cost of the environmental operation and it is extra pollution to our Mother Earth. To address this problem, WAGON has researched and developed a blueprint for a wax-free polishing system, the entire system is expected to be ready for testing in early 2015 and believe to be operated to all tests planned in the first half of 2015. The data generated by this project will show us the possibility to our goal of a pollution-free production system. WAGON strongly believes that the wax-free polishing project will be another industry breakthrough, alongside our vision in eco-friendly production.
